If you have a data loss issue, please contact us via phone or email for instructions on how to mail in your media device for recovery.
If you prefer to drop your media device off at our office in person, you can wait until the Order is lifted. The issue with your device will not worsen so long as the device isn’t powered on or tampered with. The Order is scheduled to lift on April 19th, 2020, but that date may change as the situation with COVID-19 changes.
ASAP Data Recovery is classified as an Essential Business by section 13.(h) of the Order.
