Update on May 12, 2020: The Safer at Home Order has been extended past May 15, 2020. We plan on implementing a policy for safe drop-offs and picks-ups in the near future.

To best comply with Los Angeles County’s Safer at Home Order, we no longer accept walk-ins, pick-ups, or drop-offs until further notice.
If you have a data loss issue, please contact us via phone or email for instructions on how to mail in your media device for recovery.
If you prefer to drop your media device off at our office in person, you can wait until the Order is lifted. The issue with your device will not worsen so long as the device isn’t powered on or tampered with. The Order has no firm expiration date, but its restrictions will be gradually relaxed over time
